Personalised orders are made by us within 2-4 days business days of receiving payment. Turn around times may slightly increase during holiday periods. Cut-off periods for holiday periods will be displayed on our website and social media channels. 

Homiewax Candle Co. understands the importance of affordable shipping. Shipping is calculated at the checkout. 

Once a parcel leaves us, it is the responsibility of the courier to get it to you.

Please advise us if your order is taking an unusually long time to arrive.
